PP Corrugated Formwork Board is an energy-saving and green environmental protection product. It is another new generation product after wood formwork, combined steel formwork, bamboo and wood veneer formwork and all steel large formwork. It can completely replace the traditional steel formwork, wood formwork and square wood, save energy and protect the environment, and has low amortization cost.

6 Inspection methods and determination principles
6.1 Batch sampling
The product quality inspection of the hollow plastic building template shall be based on the same batch of products, and samples shall be taken according to regulations, and the samples taken shall be inspected one by one.
Group batches are based on one day’s output.
6.2 Specimen size inspection sampling
GB / T 2828.10-2010 count sampling inspection is used for inspection sampling,
6.3 Inspection classification
Inspection points for factory inspection and type inspection
6.3.1 Factory inspection
6.3.1.1 Each batch of products must be sampled and inspected by the company’s quality inspection department in accordance with this standard.
6.3.1.2 The factory inspection items are: appearance quality, specifications, tensile strength in physical and chemical indicators, impact strength of simply supported beams, and bending strength.
6.3.2 Type inspection
6.3.2.1 The type inspection pattern shall be drawn from the factory inspection qualified product library. In any of the following cases, the type inspection shall be performed:
a) When new products are put into production or converted
b) When there are major changes in raw and auxiliary materials and processes
c) When production is stopped for more than three months, when production is resumed
d) during normal production, twice a year
e) When the quality supervision agency requests formal inspection
6.4 Judgment method
The product appearance quality, specifications and physical and chemical performance test results all meet the corresponding level requirements to judge the batch of products as qualified, otherwise re-inspection, and finally determine whether the product is qualified.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Signs
7.1.1 The product shall be stamped with the product, batch number and inspector code.
7.1.2 Each package shall indicate the name of the manufacturer, communication address, product name, implementation standards, trademarks, specifications, etc.
7.2 Packaging
Products should be packed separately according to different specifications
7.3 Transport
The mode of transport shall be agreed upon between the supplier and the buyer.
7.4 Storage
The storage foundation of the product must be flat, neatly stacked, and stacked separately according to different specifications. The stacking height should not exceed 1.5 meters. Each stack should be marked accordingly.
